Anyone have any back care tips? My back has been killing me since I started this new "desk job". I bought a repulsively expensive chair, an ergonomic keyboard for my laptop, an electric heating pad, memory foam pillows and mattress topper... nothing seems to help. My lower back, neck, shoulders, spine, everything hurts!! </whine>

I know you're right. I tend not to take stretching breaks at all except at lunch. I'm going to take one right now. Thank you!
