My husband got a job as a cook at White Wolf, one of the high camps between Yosemite Valley and Toulumne Meadows. He'll be training under the head chef, and running the kitchen when the chef is off. It's exactly what he's wanted. I got a job at the front office, right next door to him. I'll basically be doing what I do now, only I'll be getting paid manager scale. It's a good deal. The only downside? Our housing there has no electricity. Ponder that.

Thank you! No library, though. No gym. No grocery. They do provide at least two squares a day, so we'll be ok. We've been left to our own devices before and had fun with it. Of course, that was pre-LJ. Oh, I'm gonna miss you guys!

whoa...so, we'll have to resort to snail mail writing? It might be fun to get letters!
