I need an icon like the above with Obama and McCain. I rilly rilly do.
OMG, that smirk! When Obama first mentioned McCain, after his little intro... So snide! That's not very diplomatic, Senator. *snort*
I have to give McCain props for not just saying "look it up", but specifying <i>where</i> to look it up. ETA: Admitting past mistakes -- also in the plus column. I'm just going to overlook some of the completely ridiculous things he says (I've got a pen... it's pretty old)...
I love that the moderator is paying attention. Like, ok, you both know this is a <i>debate</i>, right? You're familiar with the term?
Uh...Anyone else feel like these two came in with 3 talking points, and they're just trying to stretch them out to fill the time slot?

They've both got some great one-liners. I need to learn to type so I can save some for later. Hopefully someone else will post these gems.

I love how Obama turns most of McCain's references and examples around on him.
Now they've gone from making the same points (with the same words, even) to bickering? Come on, guys. This is why they have a minimum age requirement to run for President.
They both sound educated, reasonable, and unwavering in their positions. If I didn't strongly disagree with McCain on every point on which the two of them actually differ, it would be a tough choice. Damnit. I wanted it to be obvious that everyone should vote for my guy!
